Make Your Own Foot Scrub

I admit it. I do not have soft feet. I live in the south and walk around
barefoot most of the time and my feet definately show it. While I absolutely
love fancy foot scrubs, they are not always convenient or frugal. The best
economical recipe I have found consists only of ingredients you should already
have in your cupboards. And it really works! Here you go:

1/2 cup ground oats

1/2 cup sea salt, kosher salt, epsom, whichever you have

1/2 cup cornmeal

1/2 cup olive oil

All you need to do is mix these four ingredients together and place in an
airtight container. If you really want to get fancy, you can even add some
essential oils to this as well. Peppermint is by far my favorite. After I soak
my feet for a few minutes in warm water, I massage about a tablespoon of the
scrub into each foot until the salt pretty much melts itself away and then rinse
them off. Works like a charm every time!
